2. PRODUCTS
Aelora Studio creates personalized artistic portraits based on photographs provided by customers.
Portraits are created through digital processing of customer photographs, including the use of artificial intelligence tools, according to the selected artistic style. They are not original artworks hand-painted by an artist.
We primarily offer:
- personalized digital portraits;
- personalized physical portraits printed and supplied in a frame.
Each personalized product is created from a customer's photograph and customized according to their order.
The final portrait may differ slightly from examples displayed on the website, particularly depending on the quality of the source photograph, selected artistic style and individual characteristics of the subject.
3. ORDER PROCESS
To create a personalized portrait, the customer must upload one or more photographs.
By uploading photographs, the customer confirms that:
- they have the right to use the photographs or have obtained the necessary permission to use them;
- use of the photographs does not infringe the rights of any third party;
- the photographs and information provided are suitable for processing the order.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information submitted with the order is accurate.
4. DELIVERY
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products are delivered electronically to the email address provided by the customer.
The standard delivery time for digital products is within 24 hours after we receive all photographs and information required to process the order.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
Physical products are printed, framed, packaged and shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer after the portrait has been created.
The estimated total production and delivery time for physical products is 3–5 business days after we receive all materials required to process the order.
Shipping for physical products within Slovakia costs €4.90 unless otherwise stated during checkout.
Delivery times may occasionally be extended due to circumstances such as high order volume, technical issues, carrier delays or other circumstances reasonably beyond our control.
5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers are responsible for:
- providing photographs of sufficient quality and suitability;
- checking the accuracy of names, text and other personalized information before submitting an order;
- providing a correct email address;
- providing a correct and complete delivery address for physical products.
6. PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS, CANCELLATIONS AND CLAIMS
Products created according to the customer's photographs and requirements are personalized and made according to the customer's specifications.
The conditions relating to order cancellations, claims, damaged, defective or incorrectly supplied products, and any applicable refunds are described in our Refund Policy.
If a customer receives a damaged, defective or incorrect product, they should contact us as soon as possible and provide the information and photographs necessary for us to assess the issue.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Following successful payment, the customer receives the right to use the purchased final portrait for personal purposes.
Commercial use, resale or redistribution of digital files or artistic outputs is not permitted without prior written agreement, unless otherwise indicated by the nature of a particular product or agreement.
Nothing in these Terms affects the customer's rights to the original photographs they provide to us.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances reasonably beyond our control, including:
- incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer;
- email delivery problems;
- carrier delays;
- technical outages beyond our control;
- force majeure events.
Nothing in this section limits any statutory consumer rights or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
Any mandatory statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law remain unaffected.
