REFUND POLICY

At AI Present Store every artwork is created specifically for each individual customer.

Because our products are personalized digital products, the following refund policy applies.

1. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be cancelled only before production has started.

Once artwork creation has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. PERSONALIZED DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Each product is individually created from customer photographs.

According to applicable consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized goods made to the consumer's specifications.

3. DIGITAL CONTENT

By purchasing a digital product and requesting immediate production, the customer acknowledges that production begins shortly after payment.

4. REFUNDS

Refunds may be issued only if:

- the order cannot be completed due to our error;
- we are unable to produce the artwork;
- the wrong product was delivered.

5. REVISIONS

If the delivered artwork contains mistakes made by AI Present Store (such as incorrect customization requested by the customer), we will correct the artwork free of charge.

Requests for style changes after delivery are considered new custom work and may require an additional purchase.
