Each product is custom-made and unique.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, designs may vary slightly from previews or examples shown on the website.

3. ORDER PROCESS

To create your artwork, you must upload one or more photographs.

By uploading images you confirm that:

- you own the rights to the uploaded images or have permission to use them;
- the images do not violate the rights of any third party.

4. DELIVERY

Digital products are delivered electronically via email.

Standard delivery time is within 24 hours after all required photos have been received.

Delivery times may occasionally be extended due to high order volume or technical issues.

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for:

- providing clear, high-quality photos;
- checking spelling of names or custom text before submitting the order;
- ensuring their email address is correct.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

After successful payment, customers receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the purchased artwork for personal use.
